Kozol Vision Center is now OPEN and accepting patients! Our staff has been trained, and will be following CDC guidelines including wearing PPE for patient and staff safety. In addition everyone entering our office will be required to wear a mask or face covering. Upon arrival we ask you to call the office from your vehicle, at which time you'll be directed when to come to the door for a temperature check and to complete brief Covid-19 questionnaire. Please note that our restrooms are closed. An appointment will be necessary for any and all services that require entrance into the office. All service fees will be completed over the phone with credit/debit cards only. We are ONLY able to schedule appointments during our new business hours below.
