We are in Phase II ~ COVID-19 Announcement To Our Patients As a part of The Town of Easton’s Phase II, we’ve been authorized to open with limited hours as of Tuesday June 23, 2020 by appointment only. We will initially be open on Tues, Wed. and Thursdays only scheduling hourly from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. We ask patients to support social distancing by arriving alone for your appointment with the exception to parent/guardians and/or an aide. We are available for eye wear pick ups with an appointment and/or a call to the office prior for Optician (508 238-5200) . Kozol Vision Center is now OPEN and accepting patients! Our staff has been trained, and will be following CDC guidelines including wearing PPE for patient and staff safety. In addition everyone entering our office will be required to wear a mask or face covering. Upon arrival we ask you to call the office from your vehicle, at which time you'll be directed when to come to the door for a temperature check and to complete brief Covid-19 questionnaire. Please note that our restrooms are closed. An appointment will be necessary for any and all services that require entrance into the office. As requested by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Stay-At-Home advisory, and in the interest of limiting exposure for our patients, Kozol Vision Center will temporarily close at the end of the day, March 23, 2020 until April 7, 2020.
